Degson produces over 600 sets of precision products every year. These include stamping molds, injection molds, die-casting, cutting, and injection products.
PCB Screw: Easy connection and high contact strength. Provide the wire size from 0.08mm2 to 25mm2. Available with different pitches from 2.54mm to 15.0mm, and 3 wire insertion directions: 90°, 135°, 180°. The parts can be assembled by 2 ways and 3 ways, with the design level structures from 1 level to 4. The product is designed in accordance with IEC60998, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 standards.
Transformer Terminal Block: Easy and reliable wire connection with a snap foot, allowing quick fixing to flat mounting rails 10x2mm or to snap-in devices of the winding frame.The product is designed in accordance with IEC60998, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 standards.
PCB Spring Terminal: Available with two connection methods, dish clamp contact and cage clamp contact. May be used as a flexible alternative to printed circuit universal screw terminal blocks. The product is designed in accordance with IEC60998, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 standards.
Feed Through: Easily connect with two conductors; available with and without fuse. Provide the wire size from 0.5mm2 to 35mm2. Available for with fuse and without fuse. The product is designed in accordance with IEC60998, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 standards.
Plug-In Terminal Blocks: Provide the wire size from 0.08mm2 to 16mm2. Available with different pitches from 2.5mm to 10.16mm. Barrier Terminal Block: Barrier terminal blocks, connecting easily, provide the wire range size from 0.5mm2 to 6mm2. Available with different pitches from 6.35 to 14mm, with cover and without cover. The product is designed in accordance with IEC60998, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 standards.
Interface Module:Interface Module, now we have connector Module Series, Relay Module series, Miniature Relay Module series and Soled State Relay Module series.
Through-Wall:Through-wall terminal block, the design of structure is characterized by the easy connection and extremely high contact strengths. These connectors are available in all types of wires with the size from 0.5mm2 to 95mm2, and designed in accordance with IEC60947, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 etc.
Pic Din Rail:The insulator made from PA66, with excellent pliability and fire resistance. The blocks adopt copper alloy pressure clamp connection system with advantages of long-term protection from bad circumstance such as humidity, salt mist. MK Din Rail:The insulator made from PA66, with excellent pliability and fire resistance. The blocks adopt steel pressure clamp connection system with the advantages of high contact force, self-locking, and loosening protection. The product is designed in accordance with IEC60947, IEC60079, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 standards.
WS Din Rail: Is suitable for direct connection of solid. Stranded or fine standed machine tool wire as well as with crimped ferrules, pin terminals or tip bonded wire. The product is designed in accordance with IEC60947, IEC60079, UL1059, UL486E, CSA C22.2 No.158 standards.
Degson regularly invests in production equipments, such as wire walking machines, Charmilles, SODICK, precision CNC electric pulse machine, and more. In order to produce their quality molds, they use specialized application software and the latest technologies. The mold manufacturing process is overseen by a team of experienced engineers for tool assembly, design, testing, and purchasing.
Plastic Injection Molding
The precise injection molding equipment is comprised of over 80 sets of plastic injection machines. With this, Degson is capable of producing any plastic part and meet demands for any component, module, and requirements for OEM and ODM orders.
Precise Metal Stamping
In their stamping process, Degson uses a progressive process, allowing multiple operations to be performed on a single tool and die in the same machine. This ensures not only high efficiency but also high precision. These metal stamping machines are compatible with multiple materials, such as brass, phosphor, bronze, beryllium copper, nickel, pre-coated and stainless steel, among others.
