These UFRD diodes are available in 200 V to 600 V (5 A, 8 A, 10 A, 20 A, 30 A , and 35 A) versions and TO-220, MR, and D¹PAK packages.
The development team has specifically designed this product line for several applications line power supply, home appliances, electric vehicles, and PFC applications. Depending on the requirements, KEC can provide standard-types, low VF-types, and low trr-types.
