Established in Germany in 1969, Fischer Elektronik is a leading manufacturer of extruded and finger-shaped heat sinks, heat sinks for LEDs, IGBTs, BGAs, PGAs, CPUs, solid-state relays, and many common-package semiconductor devices. Fischer also offers many thermal interface materials, such as thermally conductive foils, films, pads and adhesives.

For more than 40 years Fischer Elektronik is producing mechanical electronic components such as heatsinks, cases and connectors. Fischer’s product range contains devices and complete cooling systems for dissipating semi-conductors as well as heatsinks.
