Fidelix’s SPI NOR FLASH Memory offers solutions such as space efficiency, decreased chip cost, increased pin-count, enhanced performance, and system cost in response to the growing demand for lightweight, portable electronic devices with stable memory. It offers flexibility and performance well beyond ordinary Serial Flash devices. They are ideal for code shadowing to RAM, executing code directly from Dual/Quad SPI(XIP) and storing voice, text, and data.



It supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI): Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data I/O0(DI), I/O1(DO), I/O2(/WP), and I/O3(/HOLD). The devices operate on a single 1.8V or 3.0V power supply with low current consumption. All devices are offered in space-saving packages. The device supports JEDEC standard manufacturer and device identification with a 4K-bit Secured OTP (One Time Password).
